European Roulette

If you want to play European Roulette online, you’ll find many options available to you. But, with the version of European Roulette that Gamevy has created, you’ll find one of the UK’s favourite table games just as easily accessible on mobile devices as it is on desktops, plus a super-low house edge of only 2.7%. If you’re unfamiliar with the rules of European Roulette, we’ll be explaining more in due course. For now, however, the main difference between the European Roulette game and its American cousin is that the European version only uses a single zero while the American version also features a double zero. Consequently, most UK players would agree that European is best as you have higher odds of winning.

Design

When you play this European Roulette game, you’ll first see the betting area featuring individual red and black numbers from 0 to 36, and separate sections labelled “1-12”, “13-24”, “25-36”, “1-18”, “Even”, “Red”, “Black”, “Odd”, and “19-36”.

The betting area is where you place your chips (according to your preferred stake size), and the aim is to predict where the ball will land after the roulette wheel has spun.

Right at the bottom of the screen, going from left to right, there’s a cross symbol which clears all of your current bets, an arrow pointing to the left that undoes your last bet, the various available chips sizes (1, 5, 10, 25, and 100), a “x2” icon which doubles all bets, and “Auto” which lets you set up the Auto-Play feature to play 25, 50 or 100 games on your behalf with the option to cease if your cash decreases by a certain amount or a single win exceeds a specific amount.

The three horizontal bars at the bottom-left of the screen is the Settings menu, and it contains the game rules, as well as toggle buttons that let you turn the sound effects and music on or off.

How To Play

Once you’ve placed all of your bets, just tap the “Spin” button, and you’ll see the roulette wheel spinning in front of you. When the ball comes to rest in one of the coloured pockets, you’ll be advised if it’s covered by one of your wagers and paid accordingly.

The screen shows you the last five winning numbers from your last five spins for informational purposes. If you wish to read the full rules or view the paytable, you can do so via the Settings menu.

If you’d like to find more Gamevy titles after playing European Roulette, why not try your luck with Epic Gems or Boss the Lotto?
